I somehow stumbled into a “Pie Party” on Facebook this week. People from all over the internet posted their photos and links to pies they had made. I added my Avocado Pie to the party. I loved all the variety shared, including several gluten-free and savory options.

This is much appreciated. It’s so great to have all these pies in one place – like an online pie recipe book! Thanks so much for including me. (I have a couple perfectly ripe avocados in my fruit bowl and a can of sweetened condensed milk in my pantry. Goin’ to make my pie! So curious about it.)

Thanks for doing all this work, it’s much appreciated! I will have to see if I can “renovate” your pie to make it vegan. I make a version of raw key lime pie using avocados (originally from the Cafe Gratitude cookbook). Mmmm.
